- LiOA Copper Busbar is a shaped copper product with a rectangular cross-section, produced from pure copper cathode by the Upcast continuous casting process.
- Copper core purity of 99.995% (SGS certified), electrical conductivity > 100% IACS a standard conductive material for switchboards, substations and industrial electrical projects.
- Flat machined surface with even rounded edges and no burrs easy to drill, cut and bend to drawing.
- A wide range of sizes: width 8 – 210mm, thickness 2 – 30mm, maximum cross-section 2,400mm²; half-hard or fully hard temper.
- Custom processing available: cut to length, hole drilling, tin coating and bending to drawing.

Outstanding Advantages
- LiOA Copper Busbar is produced from pure copper cathode with 99.995% purity (SGS certified), delivering outstanding electrical conductivity above 100% IACS reducing heat loss and improving current-carrying efficiency in switchboards and substations.
- End-to-end quality control across the two factories in Hung Yen and Dong Nai (combined capacity of 40,000 MT/year) ensures stable supply and on-time delivery, even for large projects.
- The busbar surface is machined flat with even rounded edges and no burrs making drilling, cutting and bending to drawing easy and safe, and ensuring good electrical contact at joints.
- The product comes in a wide range of sizes (width 8 – 210mm, thickness 2 – 30mm, cross-section up to 2,400mm²) with multiple options for temper, edge profile and surface (bare or tin-coated) flexibly meeting all current ratings from a few hundred to over 3,000A.
- LiOA offers custom processing: cut to length, hole drilling, tin coating and bending to drawing. The product complies with ASTM B187 and IEC 60439 standards and holds ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications providing quality assurance for customers and export partners.
